This course is for the new real estate agent wishing to license with the State of Colorado. Included in the course: Two books, Principals of Modern Real Estate 20th Edition and The Colorado Compass. Together these two books provide the information students need to pass the state licensing required exams to obtain a real estate license. Also included is a PDF copy of all Colorado Contracts used for instruction as well as links to relevant Colorado Real Estate Commission Manuals. In addition, students have access to step-by-step video instructions for each unit in both books. Work at your own pace and complete on your timeline.
Students have six months to complete the requirements for graduation. You may upgrade at any time to a zoom instructor led course for an additional fee.
